Coaching Services are offered on an individual fee for service basis and are focused on co-parenting issues, separation and divorce issues, and skills based coaching such as communication skills and anger management skills.

Coaching is different from consulting, mentoring, therapy, or counselling. During coaching the individual explores specific personal issues, special projects, business endeavours, general conditions and transitions in their personal or professional life.  By examining the current situation, identifying barriers or challenges, and determining an appropriate course of action people can begin to make their life be what they want it to be.

Coaching can be applied to any circumstance and is commonly used to examine issues which includes, and is not limited to:
